Our family and extended family have been through so many trials in this beautiful, yet broken world we all call home.

Death, divorce, addiction, estrangement, miscarriage, suicide attempts, tragic accidents, imprisonment, and terminal illness, have many times tempted us to lose hope.

During these painful times, we have experienced life-sustaining HOPE because of God’s faithfulness and His Word, which is powerful, hope-filled, and healing. We want you to have these promises as a powerful tool during YOUR personal moments of heartache, whatever they may be.

This is our gift to you.

For I know the Plans I have for you says the Lord. Plans to Bless you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11

Your God takes great joy in you, and He will never leave you! Be strong and brave. Do not be afraid! I am the Lord, and I will be there to help you, wherever you go. - Isaiah 62:2-5

God thank you for being bigger than all my fears. Your love has far more power than anything that comes my way. Help me today to see how You are fighting for me.

Never Forget Hope Is Oxygen, Just Breathe

I will never forget this awful time,as I grieve over my loss. Yet, I still dare to hope when I remember this: God's faithful love FOR me never stops. His mercies never cease. they are new every morning. Lamentations 3:17-23

The Serenity Prayer, God grant me the peace to accept the things I cannot change. Give me the courage to change the things I can. Give me the wisdom to know the difference. Amen.

God, you have seen my troubles and care about the sadness in my heart. You keep track of all my sadness. You count all my tears. Psalm 31:7, Psalm 56:8

God says, I will not forget you! I have engraved you on the palm of my Hands. Isaiah 49:15

When I walk through deep waters, God will be with me. When I am standing in the fire, I will not be overcome. Lord, You fight my EVERY battle, and I will not fear, for I am not alone. You are here with me! Isaiah 43:2

Come to me, all you who are troubled, struggling hard, and weight0ed down with care and heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28

I am completely discouraged. Encourage me with Your Word. I cry with sadness; encourage me with Your word. Your Word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light to guide my path. Psalm 119

Never give up hope. Sometimes that is all we feel like we have. But, if we have it, we have everything.

Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart. Psalm 37:8

Let Him have all your worries and cares, for He is always thinking about you and watching everything that concerns you. 1 Peter 5:7

When I am afraid, I will trust in You, God. When I am afraid, Your love and comfort encourage me.

I am Fearless! With God on my side, I am afraid of no one and nothing. I am sure I will see God's goodness. I will stay with God. I WILL NOT QUIT! I will stay with God!

Prayer Lord, give me faith to believe that nothing is impossible, and the courage to face what I am facing today. Hope tells me that everything is not lost! Even though I may not understand how You are working in my life right now, I place my hope in You.

My peace I give to you. The peace I give is a gift this world cannot give to you. So, do not let your heart be troubled or afraid. John 14:27

Do not be afraid, for I am with you. I will make you strong, help you, and hold you. Isaiah 41:9-10

God has it all figured out. He will make a way for us where we do not see a way. Isaiah 43:16

Jesus, You are the reason I can have hope in ALL circumstances. Help me to remember that the same power that lives in YOU, lives in me. You overcame the worst this world has to offer, and with You, I can do the same. by Kari West
